An estimate, not a promise: you earn on the months a referred business actually pays. If someone cancels in month three, that referral pays you for three months, and the rest keep running.

The more you refer, the higher the rate goes
Rates are set by how many businesses you have referred, counted in order. Once you reach a tier the rate applies to every new referral from then on — and each referral pays out monthly for twelve months.
Silver

Where everyone starts. A fifth of what each referred business pays, every month for a year.
Gold
30%Referral 11 and beyond
Past ten referrals the rate steps up by half again — still paid monthly for twelve months each.
Commission is paid to you every month for twelve months from the date each referral subscribes. Refer ten businesses and you have twelve separate payouts running from each of them.

The questions every partner asks first
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The partner programme is free, and you do not need a TallyHubGh subscription of your own. Your partner account is separate from a merchant account.
What actually counts as a referral?
A business that signs up through your link or types your referral code at registration, and then subscribes to a paid plan. Sign-ups and trials show on your dashboard straight away, but commission starts when they start paying.
How long does each referral pay me?
Twelve months from the month they subscribe. Each referral runs on its own twelve-month clock, so someone you refer today keeps paying you well after your earlier referrals have finished.
When does the rate go from 20% to 30%?
On your eleventh referral. The first ten earn 20%, and every referral after that earns 30% for its full twelve months.
Is there a cap on how many I can refer?
No cap. Past ten referrals every additional business earns at the higher 30% rate.
What if a business cancels?
You keep the commission for the months they paid, and that referral simply stops earning. It does not affect your rate or your other referrals.
What if they stay on the free plan?
They still show on your dashboard as a referral, but there is no subscription to take a share of. Commission begins if and when they upgrade to a paid plan.
How do I get the money?
Add a payout method — MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo mobile money, a bank account, or a card — and cash out your balance whenever you want. Payouts run in Ghana cedis through Paystack.
